Help Desk Technician
My name is John Jacobs. I have been in the IT field for more that 20 yrs. I first worked as an in-house Tech for both Best Buy and Micro Center in Cleveland Ohio, when I first moved from the UK to the US in 2000. I have worked with several fortune 500 companies in the US as a Tech Support / Desktop Engineer.
I did my A+ and Network + in 2002 / 2003. I moved from Cleveland in 2006 to Atlanta and attended Devry University, Decatur, where I studied Network & Communication Management. I have been married now for 8 yrs with my beautiful wife Maria, and we have two beautiful daughters. In my spare time I like to swim, gym and travel. I'm working towards becoming an Office 365 Admin.
