Lead Help Desk Technician
My name is Stephen Smith, Lead Help Desk Technician for the MSP Division. I work closely with the other Help Desk Technicians overseeing tickets and interacting with clients.
I got my start in IT early in my life. I began working for my parent’s photography company at the age of 14 learning customer service and basic IT skills.
I have a combined total of 10 years of experience, both personal and professional, in various areas. Hardware repair, Website design and management, Software support, Network troubleshooting, Mobile Device support, and many more.
I received my A+ Certification in 2019, and 3 years later received my Network+ Certification in 2022. I’m always looking to expand my skillset to cover new areas so I can be ready for any problem I may encounter.
I live in the mountains of Cleveland, GA where I love to take motorcycle rides through the scenic roads and take in the countryside. I also have a passion for gaming which extends to PC building and tinkering so I spend a lot of time around technology even when I’m away from work.
I’m working towards building my skillset in Administration to be able to take on bigger projects and manage operations efficiently.
