Brian received his Bachelor's of Business Administration, Management Information Systems degree from University of West Georgia. Primarily, Brian manages the AITS helpdesk service offering. He monitors incoming support communications via our helpdesk software and communicates with customers to schedule and resolve their support tickets. As a technician, Brian has worked to diagnose, repair, procure and upgrade both hardware and software to improve customer experience and processing power.
In addition to hardware and support tickets, Brian works with various web-development technologies, email security, email spam filtration, Antivirus, Office 365 and many other leading industry solutions.
